Arrival Procedures

You will need to call Cophall Farm Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, ideally just as you get on to the M23 from the M25. You must also display a printed copy of your booking confirmation on your car dashboard, when driving onto the forecourt. In addition to this you may need to inform the traffic warden that you are parking with Cophall Meet and Greet. Then follow the directions below. You will be met by a fully insured driver from Cophall Parking.

Departure Procedures

Once you have collected your baggage and cleared customs call Cophall Parking Group to arrange for your car to be brought back to the airport.

South Terminal: Follow the signs for the Exit and Short stay car parks. Cross over the road and walk through to "Orange Car Park 3"Turn left for the lifts and take lift down to the Ground Floor – Level 0, cross the road through Orange Car park 3, walk through the ramp.  Your car will be in Orange car park level G in Zone F to L.  This is the dedicated area where the Cophall Parking Group representative will meet you with your car. 

North Terminal: Follow the sign for Exit and Car Park 6, cross the roads through MSCP Car park 6 and follow the sign for Short Stay Car park 6, go up the ramp and take the lifts or the stairs to the 1st floor – Level 1 and make your way to Zones D and E.  This is the dedicated area where the CPG representative will meet you with your car.

Please note that while you are loading your luggage, your driver will pre-pay a barrier exit card for you to use. Once the driver returns the payment card to you Gatwick Airport allow five minutes for you to exit the car park. Please follow the ‘Exit’ signs. This applies for both South and North terminal car parks.

From the M23 - Leave the motorway at Junction 9 for Gatwick Airport.
For South Terminal - At the first roundabout turn left if you are departing from South terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for “Passenger Drop Off”. Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights. Stay in the left hand lane and continue to the end where a CFP driver will meet you. left hand bays.
For North terminal - At first roundabout continue straight across and then follow signs at next roundabout for Sofitel Hotel. Customers should then follow signs to 'Passenger drop off', bear right and staying in that lane, pass the Sofitel Hotel and you will be met in the lane opposite the Premier Inn Hotel.
