  • Parking Procedure: On arrival at the Sofitel Hotel (attached to Gatwick North terminal) enter the hotel car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to car park reception with your booking voucher and the car park ticket. Here you will be met by the car park representive. You can then just walk across the road into the North terminal building.
  • Customers travelling from the South terminal can also use this car park but you will need to take the free monorail train from inside North terminal. This service departs every six minutes (three minutes at peak times) and the journey takes two minutes.
  • Retrieval Procedure: On your return proceed to car park reception where you will be given your keys to your car where it can then be collected from the car park.
  • Directions: Gatwick Airport is at Junction 9 of the M23 and on the A23 London - Brighton road. The M25 is just 10 minutes drive away from Junction 9, M23. Then follow signs to the North Terminal, then Sofitel hotel.
