Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at Airparks car park park keep in the left lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your car in one of the arrivals bays and make a note of the lane number. Then make your way to reception with your booking confirmation, car and flight details. Then just put your car keys in the red key box for your lane number. Airparks staff will park your car for you so you can catch the transfer bus to the airport.

Departure Procedures

On your return exit the terminal building. If you're at the South terminal, go down the ramps to the lower level, then turn right. Cross over and wait at bus stop 12 or 13. If you're at the North terminal, turn right and follow signs for buses. Wait at bus stop 6 or 7. Once back at the car park proceed to reception with your vehicle receipt, collect your car keys and your car will be waiting in the returns area.

Gatwick Airparks Transfers

Transfers operate 24 hours a day taking 12 minutes to South terminal and 10 minutes to North terminal.

From the M23 - Jct 9 - Leave the motorway at Junction 9 for Gatwick Airport. At 1st roundabout go straight over, following signs to North terminal. At next roundabout take 4th exit signposted A23 Redhill & Crawley. Joining A23 northbound, get into right hand lane, at the roundabout go right round & take the exit signposted A23 Crawley, DO NOT EXIT at A23 London and Redhill. Stay on the A23 southbound. At 1st roundabout go straight over, at 2nd roundabout take 2nd exit Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. Continue for 200 yards to mini roundabout, turn left into Charlwood Road. Airparks is 1.5 miles ahead on right hand side.

From the M23 - Jct 10 - Leave the motorway at Junction 10 and take 3rd exit signposted Crawley(A2011). At 1st roundabout take 3rd exit signposted A2011 Horsham. At next roundabout with traffic lights take 4th exit Redhill/Gatwick A23 northbound. Stay on A23 northbound, at next roundabout go straight over following signs to Gatwick. At next roundabout take 1st exit Lowfield Heath/Crawley. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout, turn left. Airparks is 1.5 miles on right hand side.
