Arrival Procedures

You will need to call the I Love Parking team on the phone number provided in your confirmation email 10 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, ideally just as you get on to the M23 from the M25. Please note that all I Love customers must display a printed copy of their booking confirmation on their dashboard, when they drive onto the forecourt. In addition to this you may need to inform the traffic warden that you are parking with I Love Meet and Greet. Then follow the directions below.

Departure Procedures

On your return exit call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. Then exit the terminal building and make your way to the pre arranged collection point, where you car will be waiting.

From the M23 - Leave the motorway at Junction 9 for Gatwick Airport.
For South Terminal - At the first roundabout turn left if you are departing from South terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for “Passenger Drop Off”. Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights. Use both the right and left hand bays, they will meet you at the far end.
For North terminal - At first roundabout continue straight across and then follow signs at next roundabout for Sofitel Hotel, since all Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs now occur in Northway Road, which is located in front of the Sofitel hotel which is the same road as the Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to the Valet Parking drop-off and-pick up points.
